Authorized and paid for by Davis for Congress, (campaign donation mailing address: PO Box 51267, Chicago, Illinois 60651.) Federal law permits individuals to contribute $2,400 for each primary and general election of a federal candidate. Federal law requires political committees to report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year. Corporate contributions are prohibited. Do not send cash contributions. Political contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Donors, by sending a check or authorizing payment on their credit card, are affirming that: * They are not a foreign national who lacks permanent residence in the United States. * Their contribution is made from their own funds and not those of another. * They are making this donation for the 2010 election cycle. * Their contribution is not made from the funds of a corporation or labor organizations. * Their contribution is made on a personal credit card or debit card for which they have the legal obligation to pay, and is not made either on a corporate or business entity card or on the card of another person.
